Three things that every good Pilates instructor needs to be. Rachel was fantastic in helping me become accustomed with the movements of Pilates. She was patient with me on the days when my body just wasn’t as flexible or friendly as it could have been, and challenged me to reach new levels and try new things on the days that I was “on”. “Rachel is the Best Total Package Instructor”

I am somewhat new to Pilates, but have worked with many trainers over the years and Rachel is a cut above. She is the total package because she is caring, intelligent, and challenges me while keeping my numerous injuries in mind. She is great about checking in with me and making sure I am working but not in any pain (I have a long-standing severe ankle injury and neck/back problems) which is a real change from many I have worked with. I also enjoy our general interactions and her friendly, accommodating demeanor. Pilates is perfect for me, and Rachel makes the experience that much better by bringing her genuine desire to help her clients to the table. I feel really lucky to have found her, and plan to keep up the good work.  I am also beginning to fit into some clothes I thought were never to be worn again; talk about tightening up and feeling great!
